Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

• Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically received
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, returned in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached
• Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it is not permitted
• Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes or variants with the purpose of returning part of the order are not accepted

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To ensure a smooth return, please follow these steps:

1. Request your return by emailing us at info@dalmorra.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Once approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier
3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or handling costs
4. We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments

After the returned item has been received and inspected — and provided it meets our return conditions — the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method used for the order.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Dalmorra is not responsible for lost or delayed packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are the responsibility of the customer
• Any address changes or corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
