Payment processing
Orders are only processed and dispatched after full payment has been successfully completed. If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.
Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund — for example after an approved return — the refunded amount will be processed within 30 days of the returned item being received and approved. Refunds are always issued via the original payment method used for the order.
